Cancellation & Refund Policy

Shivam Bhatnagar believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has been processed for shipping, the cancellation may not be entertained.
  • Cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers and eatables are not accepted. However, a refund or replacement is possible if the product quality is proven to be poor.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to our Customer Service team within 15 days. The request will be reviewed by the merchant before approval.
  • If the product received does not match the description or your expectations, notify our Customer Service team within 15 days for resolution.
  • For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, complaints should be directed to the respective manufacturer.
  • Approved refunds by Shivam Bhatnagar will be processed within 3-5 business days.
